Johnnie Rogers
1946-2025
Cameron, Missouri- Johnnie B. Rogers, 78, passed away May 1, 2025 at home surrounded by his family. He was born June 15, 1946 in Butler, Missouri to Scott and Leila (Addleman) Rogers. They preceded him in death.
Johnnie graduated from Gallatin High School. He was a member of the U.S. Navy Seabees for 8 years working in Navy construction. Later Johnnie worked as a bridge builder for 27 years before retiring. He then worked for Fairway Management 18 years maintaining five apartment complexes until his health declined.
Johnnie loved the outdoors and treasured time spent with his family.
He married Rosemary Fisher on May 7, 1967. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his children, Johnnie B. Rogers, Jr.II, Cameron, Missouri, Tambra Pierce, Hamilton, Missouri, and Jossie (Jeff) Johnson, Cameron, Missouri; brother, Gary Rogers, Gallatin, Missouri; brother in law, Leroy (Medy) Fisher, Cameron; sister in law, Gladys Fisher, Maysville, Missouri; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one more on the way.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
