Senior Night “Track Meet on Grass” goes to University Academy 50-42

CAMERON, Mo. — In a spectacular offensive showcase on Friday night, the University Academy Charter/Kauffman Gryphons edged out the Cameron Dragons, 50–42, at Dave Goodwin Memorial Field. The non-conference battle featured a relentless exchange of big plays, keeping the Cameron home crowd on the edge of their seats until the final whistle.

University Academy Charter traveled to Cameron looking to spark momentum ahead of the postseason, and their high-octane offensive unit delivered exactly what they needed. The Gryphons found success early, slicing through the Dragons’ defense to build a lead. However, the Dragons refused to back down on their home turf. Building on the offensive flashes they showed a week prior, Cameron matched the Gryphons blow-for-blow in a back-and-forth gridiron track meet.
