A second Missouri man has been charged by federal prosecutors in connection with an alleged plot to carry out a mass-casualty attack during a UFC event at the White House earlier this month.
Jordan Rincker, identified in court documents as being from the St. Joseph area, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, according to an unsealed federal affidavit.
