JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — A program that allows businesses and organizations to pay for roadside litter cleanup is now available across all of Missouri, including Northwest Missouri communities.
The Missouri Department of Transportation announced Monday that its Sponsor-A-Highway program has expanded beyond the St. Louis and Kansas City regions and is now open statewide.
