Frustration over stalled projects took center stage at Monday night’s Cameron City Council meeting, as members questioned delays in City Hall repairs and later turned to a more pointed discussion about downtown nuisance properties, unpaid demolition costs, and possible foreclosure action on former councilwoman Gina Reed-Hibler.
The meeting opened with routine business but quickly shifted when council members pressed city staff for updates on City Hall repairs they say have been slow to progress.
