Community Action Partnership of St. Joseph Expands Access with Monthly Pop-Up Services

(Saint Joseph, MO) – Community Action Partnership of Greater St. Joseph (CAPSTJOE) is proud to announce the launch of monthly pop-up service events beginning in May, aimed at increasing access to essential programs and resources for residents across Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton and DeKalb counties.

These pop-up events are designed to better serve individuals and families who may face barriers traveling to CAPSTJOE’s administrative office in St. Joseph. By bringing services directly into surrounding communities, CAPSTJOE continues its mission to reduce poverty and empower individuals and families through accessible support.
