Comfort Care Hospice Recognizes Volunteers

April was National Volunteer Month, a time when businesses and organizations across America recognize the time and talent donated by dedicated individuals. Seventy-five percent of nonprofit organizations report volunteers are important to their operations, and Missouri consistently ranks among the states with the highest volunteer engagement.

Comfort Care Hospice, a local nonprofit affiliated with CRMC, has served 11 northwest Missouri counties since 1993. CCH relies on its dedicated team of volunteers to provide companionship visits to patients and respite for caregivers.
