CAMERON, Mo. — A storefront advertising “THC-A sold here” while simultaneously posting that it carries no tobacco products is at the center of a state enforcement action, after the Missouri Attorney General’s Office named the Cameron Vapor Maven location among businesses ordered to cease sales of unlicensed cannabis products.
The action, announced March 25, alleges that dozens of retailers across Missouri are selling intoxicating cannabis or cannabis-like products outside the state’s licensed dispensary system, in violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act.
