The Overcomers is a local support group that has been providing encouragement, friendship, and hope to cancer survivors and those currently facing cancer treatment in the Cameron area since 2014.
The group was founded by Roxy Fry, Donna McKinley and Cathy Jack, who began meeting for dinner as a way to support one another during their own cancer journeys. Over the years, nearly 50 individuals have participated in the group, with approximately 15 members currently active.
