Missing Cameron, Mo. teen, 14 year-old, Samantha Evan Anderson and 21-year old Brandy N. Riley, also of Cameron, have been located safely in southern Indiana. Earlier today a missing child alert was issued for the missing teenager. She had last been seen at My Store in Cameron at 8 p.m. the evening before.

"Thanks to information developed by investigators, tips called into law enforcement and the media's distribution of the alert," said Cameron Police Chief Corey Sloan. "The missing girl was located in southern Indiana and Cameron Police along with the Clinton County Sheriff's department are on their way to pick up the girl as we speak."

Indiana law enforcement officials have taken the adult she was traveling with into custody and arrangements are being made to reunite Samantha with her family back in Missouri.

An investigation into the circumstances of the incident continues by local, county and state authorities.

"We want to extend our appreciation to all the agencies and individuals who helped in this investigation," said Sloan. "Thanks to the cooperation we were able to quickly locate the young lady and return her safely to her family."

Agencies involved in the investigation included the Cameron Police Department, Clinton County Sheriff's office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Plattsburg Mo Police dept. Crawford County Indiana Sheriff's Department and Indiana State Police.
